Our standard shipping method within the continental United States is UPS Ground. Delivery generally takes 3-5 business days from the time of shipment. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For those who require delivery to a P.O. Box, we can ship using the U.S. Postal Services (USPS). In most cases, you can expect delivery within 4-10 business days using USPS. Please call 1-800-693-2184 if the item needs to be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order submission Monday through Friday if in stock. Orders received during the weekends or holidays will be processed the next regular business day.
Orders requiring multiple shipments of back-order and pre-order merchandise may be subject to an additional shipping charge. To help avoid additional shipping charges we will schedule shipments in the most efficient manner. For example, if you place an order today that includes back-order and/or pre-order merchandise, we may hold your entire order and ship it complete when all merchandise is in stock. Most importantly, we will consult directly with you regarding your shipping preferences.
All regular returns must be complete within 30 days of item receipt. You may return the item to us at your expense. You must email us or call 1-800-693-2184 to let us know you will be returning the item. Once we receive the item we will send a replacement item or credit your credit card account. Any credit will be submitted by Davis’ Trailer World within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. The actual credit may take longer to show on your credit card statement.
Any damages that may have occurred during shipping must be reported to us by phone at 1-800-693-2184 within 5 business days from when your package is delivered. We will issue a call tag for the pick-up of the item when contacted. Upon receipt of that item, we will ship a replacement.
